Great buck randy! I am a big fan of your episodes and learn so much!The way you started this hunt was awesome!! I am sure that meant a lot to that guy! 2 thumbs up.

this was a great hunt for me to watch having never hunted a tag remotely as good as that tag apparently is. I’d say this is tied with the three buck Nevada deer and your archery utah film for best mule deer content. And those were really great too. What about Ohio otc firearm season? they have a two day gun season the weekend before christmas. tons of public land. tons of deer. i drove from maine and hunted it and got skunked, by the slimmest of margins and had a great hunt. They legalized certain pistol cartridges in levers now. which for me makes it super fun just an idea bc it’s been a while i think since we’ve seen a non coues whitey on fresh tracks

Was a great hunt for sure!!!
Today, I got the lab results back from Matson's Lab on the age of this buck - 5.5 years old.

Do you know what the official score of the buck was?
When I got my caribou scored, the scorer also did this buck - 169 6/8. Pretty much what the experienced guys guessed him at.
