Soooo... what'cha got on the '14 hunt docket ~ resolution wise?

Rugged mtn fresh exercise? Whiskey instead of that nasty rum? Kicking that slacker of a hunt pard'ner to the curb? Changing that caliber? Getting that camper for those creekin bones? Going to horse pack or backpack that stove & tent into the back country? Take a crack at a bear? Fine tune your gopher sharpshootin? Yadda, yadda, yadda...

Go on a hunt that I said I'd do "one of these years". Keep 8 trailcameras in 3 states up and running all year.

Primary Goal: Sub MOA 1000yd 5 shot group with .308win Factory ammo.

Secondary goal: Take at least one new hunter into the field, and help them be successful.

Tertiary goal: Find at least two new spots to hunt for a Big Muledeer on a General tag in Western MT. Summer Scouting, and get in better shape.

Primary goal: Drop another 50 pounds

Secondary goal: Practice shooting from field positions out to 500 yards

Teriary goal: Find Kotur's mule deer spots in Western MT.

:D

Primary goal...remember what tertiary means

Secondary...take half as much gear next year, practice long and longer, tweak the loads, build more muscle to propel less weight.

Thirdly...use tertiary at this level:D

Make sure and apply for at least as many hunts as I did last year. (I applied for 35 tags and was successful on 3 of them).

Continue my running to stay in shape and be under 200 pounds for hunting season.

If unsuccessful on all of my mountain goat tags again this year, start to seriously look at a guided mountain goat hunt in Alaska or Canada.

Primary goal - hunt as much as I can, and have fun doing it

Secondary goal - keep my wife happy to further my quest for the primary goal

Tertiary goal - keep my wife from either killing Henry or giving him away, without interfering with the secondary goal

Primary- See 2015

Secondary- Have an empty freezer by October, and a full one by December.

Turtleary- Kill my biggest of something.

No real goals. Lots of hunts planned and pencilled in, just got see how the cards fall as the year progresses.

Always nice to walk up to a big sambar stag after a hunt, i guess one of them would be neat.

All the best to those with their 'primary' 'secondary' and 'tertiary' goals ...
