Perhaps you should try doing the same. Unfortunately the sides seem pretty against each other. If I have to pick one I'm going to pick the people who matter rather than animals. You may disagree but the idea that everyone disagrees on here gives me a sour taste.
I applaud your reason. Call me terrible, but my position is that I'd rather see ranches maintained and bison gone than the other way around. It's tough, but I pick people over animals.
Yes. Amazingly, I am against destroying ranches and trespassing, be it through land or water.
Ya'll are a pretty special kind of stupid if you think those things are fine and dandy.
I absolutely consider myself a conservationist but that doesn't mean I think you should be able to shoot...
Based on my limited research, the UPOM seems like a pretty darn cool organization.
I joined HT thinkin it was about discussing and supporting diy and public hunters. Not hating on outfitters and apparently ranchers too. Not sure what they did to y'all but whatever you wana destroy I guess...
For this outfitter conspiracy to work you really have to think every outfitter in Montana doesn't have the foresight to understand the long term consequences of this action. Consider Alaska, a dall sheep hunt there costs somewhere in the realm of 25k. Thats a once in a lifetime pipe dream for...
Forgive me if I'm out of line, but it seems you've come up with a conspiracy in which outfitters and corrupt politicians have come created a secret society hell bent on destroying hunting in America. I don't doubt the people involved in this bill are crazy, but that seems almost as crazy.
You may think about unit 3 or 4 in Colorado. Fairly mild country on the sage part. Perhaps not exactly the kind if hunting you want but it kind of is what it is. Mule deer and late cow tags would be good in that area too. There are roads most everywhere which may be a blessing for what you're...
The opposite is true. With a mechanical, you lose some of your energy opening up the blades so you'll have to limit your range more than with a fixed blade. If you're worried about accuracy, get accurate fixed blades and have your shop help you tune for them. The two that come to mind for me in...
Can't say too much for those units but I can at least sympathize with the roundabout manner of of decisions, it's a butt sometimes.
I've hunted private in 211 and saw some pretty good bucks but I know they kill em on public too. All those units either have a good amount of private, are high...
How do you go about switching between broadheads? Did you find two that tune the same? Also, what's your motivation? Seems to me if a BH works for one it'll work fine for the other unless you're using a mechanical for goats.
Sorry for all the questions, not trying to commandeer the thread just...
