Ford guys - 5.0 or 3.5 eco boost?

I have owned 2 Ford F150's with the 5.0 and have loved them both. My wife's daily driver is a 2020 with roughly 44K miles. I drive a 24 Toyota Tundra for work and I would never own one. I have the 36 gal tank in her truck and we just make sure to never let it get below 1/2 tank.

Solo Elk Hunt in Colorado: Am I About to Embark on a Glorious Disaster?

From one WI flatlander to another, seize the day. Do it while you can. Make sure you have basic communication back home, in reach/Zoleo, know you limits, and have a great time. I would watch every Youtube solo hunting video or Fresh tracks video you can and have plan A thru Z in your pocket...

Wildgame meat transported back into the US.

UPDATE - Yesterday my hunting partner was able to speak with the supervisor at Pembina ND POE. After a short discussion he did verify that as long as you possess a valid hunting license for the wild game meat you possess you are allowed to cross back into the US. We asked him to send us a...

Wildgame meat transported back into the US.

Gun is sighted in, bow is tuned, clothes are packed. I am 95% ready for my OIL Alberta moose hunt. I leave in 39 days and Today, I received a note from my outfitter telling me that the USDA has just come down with some boneheaded law restricting/limiting a successful hunter from only bringing...

    Unexpected Game Cam Pix…

They are protected here in WI, but I have friends that hunt them out west and south and they call them the ribeye in the sky.

    Be honest

I have not and won't watch 1 second of the Olympics. I quit when they started to allow professional athletes compete.

    Meat transport back home

Speed, the outfitter will debone and cut meat into muscle groups and freeze at camp. They will fly it to air port at Fort MacMurray for a nominal cost. Once back in town, we are on our own.. We are considering bringing a freezer and generator keeping it frozen on the trip home.

    Meat transport back home

Happy 4th Hunt-talkers. I have an opportunity to go on a fly in moose hunt in Northeastern Alberta. Just wondering if anyone knew of a meat processor in the FT MacMurray area? My hunting partner and I are looking at all the travel options, should we drive from WI or Fly?? What if we get a moose...
