I run the 15s as my main glass. As other have said they are a bit bulky and are heavy. When I set them up on the binos I really appreciate the set up. Saves me from having to get out the spotting scope.

Some gun smiths will act as the ffl.
Things might have changed since I sold a few guns. The law was I had to ship to an FFL and the FFL had to run the background check. I asked for confirmation from the FFL to ensure everything was good.
Maybe someone can confirm is this is still true.
