Used rifled slugs out of a smooth bore for years in Upstate NY. Yeah 100 is about max range and in east coast woods most of your shots are under 100 anyways
I own a lead sled, don't use it to shoot with but I do use it to install scopes and for gun cleaning and what not.
For range shooting like most, I use bags.
I did some more research and you are correct. The X that I thought was the year is actually December. The year is P which if the chart I read is correct that would be 1967.
So I wanted one when I was a kid and saw this and simply had to get it:
A December 1967 Remington 760 GameMaster in 30-06. Will take it to the range and if it shoots will take it to NY for a whitetail hunt in November.
My first post was obviously a poor attempt at humor.
On the serious side when I get around to doing the legal stuff, it sounds like trust even if I am solo on it is the best option. Are there cost differences in applying solo on a trust versus individual? I get adding people is extra...
It is more of a case that my phone buzzes when the pending charge hits. Work keeps me busy so I don't keep an eye on personal email or log in to the licensing site to check. As soon as they process the transaction for a tag fee, I will know as my phone will buzz. If I hear it that is...
My credit card app will let me know when to check email :p One time each year I hope to see a charge. For me hits to credit card come mid morning to mid afternoon.
Yeah snake oil stuff. H2 is not going to be captured naturally unless it includes O. Those yahoos are the ones that turn more people off to hydrogen. Hydrogen is in use in limited capacity. Company I work for posted this: Hydrogen Truck Use
It is a long way off before a hydrogen...
Not going to lie, I think hydrogen is a better alternative than battery power given current technologies. That said there is only one economically viable way to hydrogen that does not involve fossil/carbon based fuel usage and no one will fund that as it is still more taboo than oil. What is...
From a business perspective, it seems CVA got a pretty good jump on TC, the CVA Cascade is hands down a superior rifle to the bolt gun TC tried to release, albeit a little pricier. Not a huge black powder guy but I like my CVA Wolf.
As a NV resident I will definitely apply. I figure everyone has the same odds this year for the few tags that will be issued. If a Hunt Talk user gets a tag, should be an episode on Fresh Tracks :P
