    Crazy amount of money to spend on anything let alone a tag. That guy will kill a 200"+ ram. There are multiple rams in there over 200 even if he doesn't get the exact one he's after. Last year 2 rams over 200" came out of that unit.

    You can borrow a rifle. I've done it twice and I'm doing it again in a month. Best way to hunt NZ is to make a friend and just go hunt unless you want to kill a giant stag then you need a guide to hunt private.

    East Texas I walked 10 miles and saw 18 deer and 6-8 hogs. I got soaking wet, but that’s ok. I think I found a good area. It’s a long walk but hopefully it’s good. The wind has picked up and the temp is supposed to drop tonight. Maybe I can put a hole in something tomorrow.

    So far scouting today Ive seen 13 deer and 6 hogs. One of the pigs was an absolute giant boars.
