I hopeful but will wait to see based upon rollout and actual field reports. Not sure what the cost will be from the cell phone providers or the coverage. End of the petro dollar.
Cut countries from SWIFT payment system when the US or the EU don’t agree with your politics, then steal “profits” of frozen accounts. Actions like this get lots of countries attention. BRICS getting traction. This will be another nail in the financial coffin of the US.- homers
