Hearing within my local community all season what was going on down there and now this... These people have been issued multiple citations for the illegal harvest of elk in this area and yet when court dates come due they always get off...They continue to reiterate a treaty that expired many... -

I agree that isn't a level playing field when someone could gain access and drive where you just busted your butt to get to... Its not necessary! What happens when the private land owner in cow creek gets sick of the road being mistreated? A huge waste of public dollars to build a road that will regularly get washed out, and still risks being shut down... The current access to this area is adequate... Maybe we should...- MTGAMEBAG

I'm unsure why access to Bullwacker is even a topic of discussion... There IS multiple access points to the the public land surrounding Bullwacker rd. Cow Island Trail goes right through the BLM.
