Yeh I got deer a long time ago - I never hunted deer . When I told them that they seemed confused …. I said well it’s pretty simple . I never hunted deer .. and then never asked about elk . Until my call tonight- 8andcounting

Totally off subject but I just missed an elk hunter survey call from fwp a few minutes ago . I tried calling it back with no answer . First time I’ve ever been called about elk in all the years I’ve had either an elk A tag or B tag in Montana- 8andcounting

There’s still some pockets of deer , sure . But mule deer in Montana are struggling big time this is no secret . Hopefully a string a good winter’s coupled with no more doe harvest on public will help some .- 8andcounting

FWP online licensing not working?
Helping a friend apply for bg combo and elk permit and decided to give it one last try just now and it worked fine but last 3 hours or so been down . Guessing tomorrow will be more problems once more people try to get their last minute apps in- 8andcounting
