!st day in Pa
well the 1st day of Pa archery was yesterday and it was a great day in the woods saw about 20 doe a few small buck and a good 8 point made a scrape an rub 40 yrs from my stand for about 45 minutes but I didnt have a shot still good day in the woods -

New strings and cables
Just put new stings and cables on my bow the old ones were stretched about 3/16 of an inch not a lot but it seems tighter and quieter may be just me Will shoot it a few weeks then retune it but for now POI hasnt changed much -

Weather kicked my butt

few months back I had covid fever 101 for abt 7 days took a bit to kick and had serious fatigue for quite a few weeks after so wasnt training for my sept elk hunt any more during that But been back at it for a while now got 40 lbs in my pack doing 1 1/2 mile up n down big hills in abt 25...- dgc1963
