As it states, when did this rule take effect? We’ve now had a few years in a row with silly rule changes. Smallest antelope Award?
There’s little doubt to me that if there was a sub category for Pope and Young that awarded the smallest pronghorn antelope ever recorded, I would be dang close to having the title! Caribou - August 2014
