    Granddaughter and a rifle

    So this little 6#6oz cutie showed up two weeks ago. Granddaughter #5. Her name is Remi, so I figure a Remington single shot 22 would be appropriate gift. Took awhile but my gun guy came up with this #514. No serial number so it’s pre-68. Can any one tell me the age by the barrel numbers, “LM10”?

    SD Badlands NP sheep dieoff

    Had an email come across my desk this morning that several sheep in Badlands NP were found dead and necropsy indicates pneumonia. Also indicated that visitors and staff are reporting coughing in the herd. I googled and came up empty. Any SD guys or other sheep guys heard anything?
