    I've been using them in my Rem 700 30-06 and my son's Savage 110 6.5CM for 3 or so years. I started low and worked up my load and it has been fine. I have not had any failure to fire in either rifle. Like has been mentioned it was all that could be found for a while.

    Alcohol and lanolin homebrew in a gallon ziplock for me. I'm not super experienced but it seems to work just fine and is affordable. The only time I've ever stuck a case was when I forgot to use it :(.

    Shooting from a tripod

    My son and I use a Slik 635 with a Leophoto LH25 with a huntpal v yoke. Works pretty well and keeps the weight down. I'd like to try an actual saddle clamp but this was an experiment last year for my son who was having trouble using shooting sticks accurately.
