My short answer is no. Tungsten will not make a turkey deaderer than lead/copper plated lead. Spend the money if you wish but I feel it's just more fashion ammo.
My custom 358 Norma 26" bbl prefers 73 gr IMR 4350 pushing a 250 Nosler partition at right about 2800fps. Pleasant to shoot and have zeroed at 250, 4" high at 150 and ~18" drop at 400. Has tipped a couple elk over at ~400, dead.
Fine round indeed.
