i'm only 36, but i'm going through getting my PPL right now. will be around 1/2 way through by end of the week. I love it. Only thing i'd say, is try to schedule it so that you can fly as much as possible as quick as possible. I had a stretch through december-january that i could only fly...
i see the point if its someone with no knowledge of construction or home buying, but for the most part i agree.
Sounds like it was pretty minimal of what was noted, all things i expected just didn't have time or weather to get to. big relief, i was expecting the worst.
Home inspector's going through the house and walking through with clients today. i can't wait to find all the nit-picky things he comes up with going through my house for 4 1/2 hours.
I just drove by a couple hundred people protesting elon in downtown Bozeman. Must’ve been a wild podcast. Did he say or do something on there I missed?
Speaking of missed, looks like a few posts got deleted here just before I got the chance to see the chaos. Damn.
haha. i think it was mostly location, location, location. I'm saying this as nicely as i can, as my realtor is my cousin, but damn they got it easy. answer a few phone calls, fill out some forms that are pre-made, and boom 2.5% of the sale.
We are in the "dead zone" according to that article... we had 7 showings in 16 days, had two more cancel after we accepted the offer friday night. Makes me wonder if we priced it too low. Market here's been a little stagnant, but we had lots of interest.
UPDATE - got the house under contract this weekend, contingent on inspection. they sent a cash offer for 2% less than my asking price. assuming all goes well, closing will be on 4/4. its happening and its happening quick!
