I'll say 295K
Not sure if you're a resident or not, but they do have some good youth encouragement cow tags for NM.
It wont be needed because you WILL draw, but you know.... just in case.
Bear.
I've had 7 bear tags over the years (always on a NM elk archery hunt) and I've passed on probably 30 bears.
I dont want the mount, a rug, and I am probably not smart enough to cook the meat right.
I always get extra giddy when this happens.
I miss the days we use to watch a bunch of red neck hunters become next level analysts and code crackers to find back door methods.
NM really tightened that up.
I always much prefer having the rentals and selling to where I take a tax hit never comes to my mind.
However for this specific one that I could probably sell fast, I am playing games with myself wondering if I sell it, pay taxes and recapture, dump all the money into some mutual funds, play...
I'm stuck right now on a rental property decision.... I was going to 1031 it, but now I'm mathing out if it makes more sense to sell and drop in the market for a year or two.
We have a lot of lurkers who likely want to help.
Does anyone have any input or an outline for what someone could write in to the email address?
That way people sitting here reading it who WANT to do something, but aren't sure where to start have a general idea what can be said?
Might help...
Maine moose apps are open.

I just contributed my annual $25. Only 45 more years before I maybe draw. ;)
1.5s and barn holes are fun.
What Iβve learned is the place with groundhog problems is infested with raccoons as well.
Iβm gonna trap them the next few weeks. Then Iβll be hard on the groundhogs when the season openβ¦. π
