    This was a few winters back. I keep track of how many of these migrants show up every winter on the Hiline. This winter I only saw one. In my experience they’re extremely hard to photograph, at least up here. The most I’ve ever counted was 57, back in the winter of 2010-11.

    Cold chamber for me.... I can't recall that ever costing me a single big game animal in the past 55 years....if it ever does, I'm fine with it.
