I did some homework on that before ever pulling the trigger. The 42 is a 1959 model and the TSS loads I'm using are 13/16 #9s and have a full-length wad that will protect the barrel, also the factory "full choke" on this barrel is not as constricted a a regular full choke would be. I'm not too...
I've been experimenting with my Model 42 full choke (factory barrel is not threaded for tubes) so my daughter can use it in 2 weeks. The #9 TSS has a pretty good pattern at about 30yds, I don't think I want her shooting any farther than that with the .410.
The pics I saw would be extremely similar, entrance wound nearly in the armpit, exit by the top of the tricep, maybe 30-50% of the tissue missing between those points and a lot of the edges looked almost burned. Freakin gross man...
The other day I read a fascinating study out of Australia about how diet deficiencies affect people's moods, which supports what you're saying. People with a balanced diet showed the most positivity, best attitudes, most optimism. Plant-based dieters were the worst group by far (which was not...
Yes, Heat was a great movie. I think you're talking about the robbery in LA where the cops were severely outgunned and had to raid the sporting goods store to even it up?
Ditto, I've got my daughter practicing with the .410 for her hunt in 2 weeks. I have her using some 6 and 7 1/2 loads for practice because they're cheaper, but the 3" TSS loads I picked and tested up have a much better pattern and way more power, she'll be lethal at 30yds with the .410.
My thinking often goes that direction, like just because you've pounded the hills days and days in for and elk or deer without complaining you DESERVE for one to walk out of the woods within range :ROFLMAO:
What an uphill battle for Mr. Dave on this one, it must feel like getting close to the summit of a mountain and then seeing another one heave up behind it...
Well, I'd at least pay attention, sounds like the odds are better at some airports than others...

My buddy was a flight nurse in Alaska and had to medevac a guy from a remote village who'd sat down while hunting and shot himself through the upper arm with his .30-06, he sent me a couple pictures-NO THANKS!! I've never hunted with a round in the chamber and that only reinforced it...
I've had my Leer for 8 years, it was leaking badly around the windows after 2 years, the rear glass/frame is falling apart, the gas pistons didn't last, removable/sliding front glass frame doesn't fit in the opening and has 1/2" of clear space if it slides all the way to one side, side window...
Jena Griswold is such a troll, just awful on camera, she's had a lot of unfavorable press too, I'd be surprised if she could survive a campaign that goes into the muck.
She was never a distance runner but is stubborn as hell and was a college soccer player so she knows how to put her head down and get to work, she did a program that was 1 mile every day, then 2 miles every two days, 3 miles every three days, etc., up to one year, but she found the longer 10-12...
My wife has gotten into ultra runs, she’s ok, but some of the people she runs with are definitely annoying. We went to the Grand Canyon last spring so they could do the Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim run, which is like 47 miles and 11,000' gain and they all trained like crazy for months. I drove the whole...
I'm in with a donation to @Oak and RMBS! I have followed college basketball exactly 0% this year, can't wait for another last place prize!
