I have hit the gym every day this week. Things are going decent and sleeping well. Meal prep is helping to keep my nose out of the feed bag, but still slipping into old habits but not slipping far.
Just finished week 2 of mountain tough body weight on ramp 2.0. Been mixing in, on the off days, 20 min on the treadmill at 3 mph and a 5 to 7 incline for 20min followed by 10 miles on the stationary bike in 23 to 24 min and finish with a mile walk on the flat track. If I can keep my nose out...
