I have bought up to half dozen. Before I reloaded I would buy a half dozen different to find something my rifle liked. Once I found the load it did like I bought another half dozen so I could practice with a few boxes and then not have to look for that ammo for a couple years.
Looking for a cooking gadget for the brother in law for Christmas. Any ideas? Trying to stay under $50.
He has a smoker, pellet grill, charcoal grill. He likes to cook outdoors a lot.
I run 165 gr game kings in my 300 SAUM. Smokes deer with authority.
I also run them in one of my 708's in the 140 gr variety. Though I have only taken coyotes with that so far. Just like lightening strikes.
I much prefer barnes bullets too. I have a 7-08 and a 7 mag I planned on working loads up for this winter. Sure would be nice to find some 120 TSX for the 7-08 to try and load up.
Depends on what you have into them. I like to protect my expensive equipment, but I'm a cheap butt and I won't spend this much on glass again so I protect it a bit more.
How many practice starting fires with their kit before they need it in a hurry?
Like today it's raining/snowing and 34 degrees here. Everything is soaked.
