Both will be effective. I believe the .375 Ruger has better ballistics but the .375 H&H is the .30-06 of dangerous game cartridges: historically effective and readily available. The barrel to the action. The barrel is often very crooked in the stock - I’ve seen it myself on a couple - and feedback from others is they needed to have the barrel rethreaded onto the action. I just needed mine bedded.- Buckyranger42

Which is the better glass?
