Looking into getting a new rifle and am intrigued by the .280 Ackley. Understand that handloading would be a must and that's not a problem, just wondering if anyone has any experience/opinions on it.

Got mine off of Ebay and there were several stores on there selling them for a VERY discounted price, worth looking into. They work great, nearly a must have in my book after using them.

It really was a beauty of a color on the hide and it was a fun hunt too. CabinFever and I had switched from looking for bears to looking for sheds because of seeing plenty of other people in our area, then out of trees here came this bear. Fun hunt and a great memory. Nice job Mark!
