Assuming that it was taken care of (and you negotiate the price down), I'm sure the old will work fine. I also have a delorme se version (pre-Garmin), it has worked just fine for me over the last 5+ years.
@B4U if you go to the same link I posted above and look at the presentations, the previous year's quotas will be within the presentations. It is not as convenient as having the 2019 final regulations saved, but should do the trick.
I managed to get in on the 1/3 round (have tickets from at least two of the raffles numbered less than No. 00005). I bought several more tickets on 5/1 across a few of the raffles. I won't say the delta in ticket numbers in the last 4 months other than to say I was surprised how good the odds...
Exactly. My earlier point is that it is now unequivocally more expensive in Colorado to draw MSG by the time you draw. I'm not arguing that it is a good or bad thing, but it is certainly more expensive over the long-term.
Not to mention if you are a resident, you are now paying an extra $150 annually for points (assuming you are applying for all three; $300 for a non-resi), where when you had to front the cash points were effectively free. I.e. Things are now overall more expensive by the time (and even if) you draw.
Stretching helped me solve a lot with my issues, although rolling a ball under my foot helped a lot when things were bad. Of all things, stretching my IT band (even thought it is nowhere near my foot) and my tibialis anterior seemed to solve the problem (after months of consistent stretching)...
