    Too funny not to share.

    I messed with the LR’s in my 270 and never got a 100y group that i was happy with. The Berger twist rate calculator puts it as marginally stable with 10” twist, probably due to its length (guessing). I’m headed back to 150 Partitions or 140 regular Accubonds as well.

    Neck tension on the new brass may be greater. And “used” brass, no telling how many times its been fired or sized, neck wall thickness, etc. lots of variables.

    Consider expanding the footprint to 30x30 to give yourself a bit of room to move in the garage. Perhaps also a single 8’ overhead door. That pillar in the middle is always in the way. Thats my 0.02. 😊

    For me, I started with FL sizer for older brass and i opted for a micrometer seater because i knew I’d be incrementing seating depth. I’ve since added the bushing die for use with my rifle’s fire formed brass. Hornady has a micrometer that can be added to their standard seater, dunno about RCBS.
