Apologies if this has been asked. I used the search function and couldn’t find anything. Is there a way I can have my iPad display in landscape mode? I know I can rotate the image but it’s annoying to use in portrait mode. Thanks.- Lefty315

Most valuable hunting item under $100
I’d have to say my Pole Cat shooting sticks.(Before they were bought out and rebranded by Primos). I not only use them to shoot, but to steady my binos for glassing and as a cane/treking pole for keeping balance in steep uneven terrain.- Lefty315

I switched over to AA and AAA Eneloops and Amazon basic rechargeable a couple years ago. I also made sure all my lights now take one or the other. It has made life simpler for sure. GPS takes AA and I can get about 25% more time running it than I could on alkaline Batteries. Also don’t...- Lefty315

Upgrading scopes on two model 70 featherweights; What would you do?
I really like the Leupold 2.5-8x36, have them on both my Kimbers, .300WSM and 7mm-08. It’s a nice trim package that’ll provide all the power you need And they look good on a wood stocked bolt action. -

Well, thanks to your reply I looked it up and bought 10 boxes. I’m in the market for a .308 to play around and maybe hunt with. For that price I’m not so sure I could even load for it today. If it doesn’t group well I’ve got 200 pieces of Norma brass! -
Annual elk rifle thread
This year was my Kimber .300 WSM with a 180 Accubond. 350 yards on a cow and the freezer was full. I did take along my Ruger 77 in .35 Whelen with 250 grain Partitions but never had a chance to carry it.
