Mtnwest, I hope this year is your lucky year then. 13 years is a very long time to get a tag to hunt the animal you want to hunt . I also have 13 point in Utah for elk! :/ getting close I hope cause my body is only getting older. Lol. Thanks goodness for Otc tags. Love to hunt. Good luck.- highmountian

Mixedbag it's at 4.8% chance to draw a tag so I couldn't believe it when I saw it. Thanks everyone. Can't wait to get out and start looking around. It's been 13 long years but my wife and I finially have drawn spring bear tags. I've put in for this hunt every spring and fall with no luck but wouldn't you know it, I have a blown disc in my lower back at the L4 n L5.
