    Idaho OTC tags today

    The website wasn’t handling the traffic very well. It took me 4 tries to successfully check out with my tag. It kept timing out and putting my tag back in the available pile...pretty nerve racking when they’ve already sold most of them. There’s got to be a better way!

    Elk Coughed, Not Much Blood

    I don’t really know if it’s possible to knock the wind out of an elk with an arrow. The blood I found was spattered on blueberry leaves right in front of where he was standing when he coughed. No bubbles in it, but I can’t see how he would have coughed up blood if my broadhead didn’t damage a lung.
