Shot shell manufacturers love guys like you. Looks like a fun time and I hope your next day is just as rewarding. Nice video clip. Thanks for sharing it.
You know you’ve had a good weekend when you get to share your hunting time with your grandson and then help your buddy gets his archery buck out of the woods.
My take on Newfoundland is if you want big antlers go to Northern portion and fly in where the native population can’t drive to. Central and southern areas that are obtainable by road are hunted hard and moose therefore don’t have opportunity to grow old or get very big antlers. Caribou are also...
I was just answering the questions from the perspective of someone that knows what crowded hunting means. Growing up and hunting deer in Pa as an example. Many years ago while turkey hunting in Virginia, I thought my buddy and I were the only ones hunting the birds we heard prior to opening day...

You’ve made some great memories on your trip. Glad you got to share it with your fiancé and by the way good shooting by her on the off hand shot. A lot of good eating on that moose she got. Your bear appears to have very nice fur and would make a nice rug. What are your plans for it...
I know a few lefties that run right hand bolts also. They do not seem to be bothered and one of them actually prefers right bolt. Probably for the same reasons you mentioned. Have fun on your trip to Idaho.
I agree with the above most higher BC bullets are longer and require a faster twist but your rifle may be different. Experiment with it. That’s your only way you will know what yours will do.
Soooo you gave up on the thought of having another left handed rifle and got this beauty instead or did I misunderstand that statement. Just curious but either way it looks like a sound purchase and I’m sure you be as proud of it as your 270 very shortly. Congrats.
