I picked up an Infinite Edge Pro for my daughter, then my wife got one and my brother in law got one for my nephew. They are good bows I've maxed out the draw weight and set one up for myself just for fun and it could easily be a viable backup as well.
I have 5 years on my Vioz 1009 boots (Hunting) and 3 years on my Dakota GT RRs (summer hiking). Both pair are great. The Vioz were comfortable right out of box and have been ever since. The Dakota's were a bit stiff but they are great now.
I have both. The 300WSM took down my moose. The 308 is a fun little tack driver but the gun that stays in my truck and seems to always be right in the middle of what I want is my 30'06. I have been seriously debating selling off some of my other non .308 caliber guns and getting a nice '06 with...
I don't know for sure but I can surmise that TNC has an overall dislike for predator management. I do not support TNC financially. I have seen some very good things they have done concerning habitat and maintaining public access. I have also seen them "sell out" on some issues. Overall I think...
I guess you missed the point that your end of the state isn't the whole state. No white washing at all compare open TNC acres to closed TNC acres in the state of Idaho then explain how I was white washing anything. Remember to include the 10,000 acre Rock Creek ranch since its still not...
Drive a Power Wagon. Make sure the rear tires are set at light load and you will probably be surprised at how well it rides for a 3/4 ton. As far as an off road truck that will tow well that's what it was built for.
You should get out more. Idaho is a big state there are a lot more TNC lands that can be hunted on than TNC lands that can't here. As for BHA and hunting, they were one of the only orgs with members who attended the last F&G commission meeting. The meeting where F&G set fishing regulations...
Finally got a chance to get back on here. He was still in velvet and he is possibly the best tasting animal I have ever eaten! I didn't make it on the triple but it was a lot of fun. I'll try to get some pics up.
Generally they don't. For the most part they vote party line throughout the state. I'll have to admit having a "Farmer from Rexburg" as explained by the Statesmen, chairing the house resources and conservation committee doesn't give me much hope for next sessions game law legislation.
I knew this year would be different back in March when I decided to put in for a once in a lifetime tag. My wife has been putting in for bull moose. I didn't really want to chance her drawing a bull moose and me drawing a sheep or goat tag because I knew we wouldn't have time to do both hunts...
Does this count as a good reply
Yes
Our federal lands wouldn't be unmanageable if paid off politicians and fund sucking bureaucracies weren't holding the purse strings!
This appears to be the commission's answer to the backdoor hose job the legislature tried last spring. Idaho doesn't want or need points. More auction tags are a slippery slope and must be managed to the full benefit of wildlife not the benefit of people with deep pockets or so called sportsmen...
