    Those hammer guys are fools? A mono in theory punches 30% better @ weight, I.E a 130gr ttsx = a 165gr cup core lead . Some folks IMO take that to the extreme and don’t get the physics of energy bleed, thinking fast & lite= better I split the middle per say and go 150gr mono instead of 130gr...

    Lack of ammunition is what lead to the purchase of the .308win 😕😕😕 2020-2021 the shelf’s were bare and then only in very limited boxes in mostly subpar loading, finally found 3 boxes of Norma oryx to hunt with

    Ha , I shot a .300wm 180gr horneday and had a guide tell me I needed nosler partitions or equivalent, well I blew him off and pole axed a huge bull ! 130gr .270 or 140gr ballistic tip has worked for me
