Well it has been a good start to the hunting season in the piney woods of North Louisiana. My wife got a doe with her crossbow and I got some squirrels this past weekend. I hope everyone has a wonderful hunting season full of great memories.- The Missing Link

Is .5 HP Grinder enough?
I have a 1.5 hp LEM grinder and it works great. I also have to tenderizer/jerky slicer attachment. Key is having cold or frozen meat for best results. Also, get you a foot pedal, so much easier.- The Missing Link
