That’s my point. Cal told me himself that he didn’t think anyone could tell which river it was let alone which part of said river. All in the name of clicks. Funny thing is I went there and saw the two trucks siting there and went someplace else and found a good buck...
Hey everyone,
I’m trying to buy some access in 411 for a bull elk this fall. In order to get enough keeeesh, I’m selling some waypoints.
Did anyone see that whitetail Peter Panda from Stone Glacier killed a year or so ago? The small framed one with all the mass?
Did anyone see...
I’m not asking for advice. Did you give Bart grief for hiring a guide for his sheep hunt? Do you think Randy is a looser because he had you show him where the elk are in Wyoming for his son’s hunt? I wonder what the guys who are waiting their turn on that unit think about the...
Probably for the same reason Randy bought me lunch in Bozeman a few years back at Famouse Dave’s to ask about where the deer on the Wasatch front are. Just trying to cast a bigger net.
Yo, there’s more to that tag than the Durfees. I know those three units better than 90 percent of the guys on this site—-from personal experience. I’ve hunted it before. I know the guy who told the guy who told Randy how to fly in the first time.
A guy I knew from Billings killed a 6pt...
Here we go.....another tool thinking he owns the site and all the others.
You go in to your spots in the dark and come out in the dark. Always in the shadows. Always hiding behind that screen of yours.
At least I post pics and share stories. All you do is make fun of every one...
Ya. I’m not worried about finding a bull. I’ve got a pretty good bead on where they will be, and which fence lines to hunt. I’ve killed my fair share of 300-320 type bulls. I’d just like to get that 340 plus class even if it takes $1,000 or so to be able to jump the right fence...
I got my elk back from the taxi. There was a mixup with the cape at the tannery so it took way long but the taxi did a great job and I couldn’t be happier. There’s not a good place for an elk Mount in my house so he’s going down the street to the new DNR office. They needed an elk head...
Yo Kyle, I feel you man. What’s a bigger kick in the crotch, that story or the fact that Cal from meat eater and mr OnX put your Montana honey hole on YouTube!!!??? Judas. All they need to do is give me, your wife, and you some more ram tags. Haha.
I second this. The 25-50x wide angle is the bomb. Field of view is also very important. My buddy has the 20-60x when I go from mine to that one I feel like I’m looking through a straw.
A good pair of swaro 10x42s on a good tripod beats a pair of larger vortex all day. Eye fatigue is...
I swear I was sayin these things about the seasons being too liberal in order to sustain the populations years ago and just got told to shut up and hunt harder.
I killed a 171” buck 250 yards from the highway last month in Montana. What’s your point? If it’s your first time then you...
Thanks guys. I’ve hunted Montana often enough in the past 12 years to know you don’t look a gift horse in the mouth. I had so much fun I helped get my buddy and my twin brother their first two Montana bucks. They are waaay to camera shy tho.
