It's nice to hear about the good Leupold service. Although I have 8 Leupold scopes, and have never needed to use their service. I guess that is a good thing! -

Blackhorn 209 in stock
Over the years I have used Pyrodex, Triple 7, and Blackhorn 209. For me, the Blackhorn 209 has been by far the best. I bought 2 jars of it a while back from the local Walmart for around $35/each. Probably a lifetime supply for me. Most years I don't muzzleloader hunt, as I usually don't have...- ludville1

Yes, we have a local guy that is a wizard with 700 triggers, and he only charges $30! He has done 2 of my neighbor's 700's, and also his son's 700. They are really nice. This guy is a gunsmith pretty much full time, as well as a Tool Maker by trade. -

I have a Remington 700 LSS in 7mm Rem. mag that I bought new. It is a shooter. I plan on losing the Trigger Assist that is on it, and getting a real trigger job soon, as the factory trigger is really stiff. -

Scope recommendations for Christiansen Ridgeline 300 PRC
I currently have 8 Leupolds in various models, on rifles up to a .300 Wby mag, and have never had one that wouldn't hold zero. I wouldn't worry much about that.
