it happens, maybe you have not been back in the woods or mountains much while hunting . even the game wardens say : make sure you spray that bear before i get there.
you can still buy shovels or bear spray so either bury the dang bear SSS or bear spray the bear and say bear was going to hurt me. screw the truth $10,000.00 is a lot of money.
the fine for the mistake grizzly shot was way out of line ,should have been around $2,000.00 . as far as i am concerned he did us a favor when he shot the bear dang fawn eaters !
