@oxn939 if you are willing to learn how to one stick climb, you can get a hawk helium stick, a rock climbing harness, and an XOP Vanish Evo pretty cheap. Add a couple carabiners, a figure 8, and buy 30' of Sterling Canyon IV 9mm and some accessory cord for prusik knots, so you can rapel down.
I quit before I got started on a certain (out of state priced) 🐱 hunt last year... something about a massive flare up of autoimmune hepatitis, and the doctor wouldn't let me go. Probably was a good thing. I nearly turned yellow before we figured out what was going on and got it addressed.
The bugout is an awesome knife! All their steels sharpen readily with a set of DMT double sided diamond stones and good technique. If you aren't good at sharpening, the s30V is the fanciest I'd go though.
Okay, I totally get wanting to rage quit the Beartooths... been there myself a few times when I bit off more than my out of shape ass could chew. But please, for all of the people who didn't draw that tag, take MT Gomer's advice. Go to the REI in Billings, and have them show you how to set up a...
Emerging from a self imposed exile to chime in here. I for one am grateful for this thread, and simultaneously support its demise. I was going to take my crack at the cats last year, but some dramatic health issues intervened. That really stung, as I grew up in those mountains. They still feel...

Be sure to insert the word "Epic" at least once per minute. Big bugles are always "Gnarly" or "wicked". And don't forget to say "Rancch Fairy was right!" When you get a complete pass through on that gut shot at twenty five...
No... it has nothing to do with muscle confusion. It's taking eccentric load off the tendons, while still providing good old fashioned workload to the muscles. Blood is how our bodies heal.
Knees Over Toes guy flat out fixed my knee pain. At the root of his prescription is backwards walking/weighted sled pulls with form that puts knees over the toes and stimulates bloodflow to the quads and knees. It's freaky how quickly a couple days of doing his routine will fix knee pain...
In shooting sports, I have a rule of thumb... which is that "I'm usually the problem". Until you can self assess your trigger pull you can't chase tuning of the weapon. So start by learning yourself. At the end of the day, for a weapon system to function properly, you have to get through the...
FWIW, I have to fight my wife about all the nephew/niece birthdays, but I put my foot down early in our relationship. It's a never ending war we fight to maintain sovereignty of hunting season. Stay strong, friend! Stay strong.
