Near mint GP100, snap caps, case, Williams fire sights, small pistol magnum primers, brass, ammo, and carbide reloading dies. Need to help fund my bison mount. $1,200.00 OBO
Outdoor edge kodi skinner. If there was a custom knife made just like it I would buy it. Stainless is preferred for me and sharpening while skinning is no big deal. Gives me a break anyway. Gut hook is money too.
Once I switched to newer scopes and good bases (QR or backcountry) about 20 years ago, no issues so far.
Another reason I will never use turrets though, possible chance of mistake/failure. No thanks.
If you get a Wyoming bison tag I would love nothing more than to accompany you in the wilderness and be a part of another hunt.
Be forewarned, you may get roped into the quest for a bull way up in sheep/goat country though. Something tells me you would be up for it.
You are so right IMO. Your barrel will pit before anything else becomes an issue and since you can’t cerakote the inside of a barrel I see no benefit to it. And as snowy said the action will never be as smooth. Use stainless steel wool to buff out surface rust and you should be good to go.
Go wild on red meat, pork, and eggs. I travel a lot for work too and find there are many options that I can find even in significantly less populated areas.
Also, don’t go small on the steaks and skip the salad. Nothing makes me hungrier than not getting full from a meal. Go big on...
I’m stupid, somebody please educate me.
What does a 28 Nosler do that a 300 win mag, 7mm rem mag, 30-378 Weatherby, 300 rum, 7mm Weatherby mag, 7prc and on and on can’t do?
I get the new shiny thing appeal, but beyond that I am baffled with all of these new cartridges.
