Put on 3.2 miles today and only turned up a smallish shed from last year and this dead buck. I had to have walked right past this shed a few days ago. Not sure how I missed it. I have found 6 sheds and a dead head on the property I hunt here in Oklahoma. Have found two matched sets. One set was practically touching. The other set was about 150 yards apart. I've been out 3 times and have logged approximately 15 miles. Onx pic was Saturdays hunt.- okie archer

TSS is legit. I believe it's approximately 54% more dense than lead. Seems like I read that a #9 tss is equivalent to a #5 lead in regards to density. Which allows you to load way more numbers in a wad without compromising energy. I have been hand loading tss for the last couple years for turkey...- okie archer

A-Frame wheat field goose hunting
I have permission from a neighbor to hunt his wheat field. The geese hit the field pretty much every morning to eat the wheat. About 80 big Canada's and a single Snow with them. This really is the correct starting point. Before all of the hypotheticals get fussed over, found out the facts such as does the shop have insurance and go from there. Then again if shop is not answering phone calls it might be tough. It stinks that oftentimes the person who truly is at fault...- okie archer

Stolen ATV, What now?
Shop owner no longer had "control" of the situation or the ATV when he was violated by theft. Shop owner was violated just as much if not more than the ATV owner. This would be less of an issue if ATV owner would have not neglected to have insurance.- okie archer

It's a bad deal for everyone involved. Bad for you because obviously your ATV was stolen. Also bad for the shop owner. Just my humble opinion but if you did not have insurance on the ATV I do t know how you feel justified going after the shop owner if he didn't have insurance either. I don't know, seems like a raw deal for the shop owner to have to pay out of pocket to every victim for something that was no...- okie archer

As they lay
S. Dakota buck I killed 2 days ago. It was COLD. Weather I saw said wind chill factor was -19°. I deboned all the meat on site. Was able to get the meat, cape, and skull in frame pack and made the pack out in one trip. Onx tracker said 1.37 miles. I drug the frame pack the first 700 or so yards...- okie archer
