    Anyone loose their Buffalo?

Ok it's been a few days since wild will has commented on this subject. I'm curious what the status is concerning the bison. What are you working on WW?

    Happy Veterans day

Missing my uncle Jerry today. He passed away since last veterans day. He served in Vietnam while my dad, Uncle Jerry's younger brother was in Ethiopia. Uncle Jerry volunteered for two more tours after his first tour in hopes it would keep my dad from having to be deployed to Vietnam. Uncle Jerry...

    DIY West Texas Aoudad

Congratulations on a hard earned trophy. Anyone that has ever hunted Audoud can certainly understand the physical difficulty of the hunt.

    Anyone loose their Buffalo?

There ya go. No waiting for years in hopes of drawing a tag in AZ, SD, WY. Fair chase and all. Looks like these bison are hanging out outside the Yellowstone park boundary. Just don't try to get a selfie and get gored like tourist do.

    Off The High Dive Now...

Really liking this! Congratulations on getting to this point with your pup. Keep at it and it should only get better! I have lots of hours in training my black lab male this summer trying to get him ready for this year's waterfowl season. Pup will be 1 year old on Nov. 15th. He's just about...

    Bear Hide Prep

This ☝️☝️☝️ is 100% correct. Everything else not done this way is risky. A scapel blade is best for splitting the eyes, lips, and turning the ears and nose. It is a LOT of work but may be necessary to properly prepare and save the hide when going long periods of time with no freezer.

    Spurless rooster

I've seen that twice on wild turkey toms. I was with a buddy in S. Dakota and his Tom was mature with full fan and long beard just no spurs. I mean slick, no nubs or anything. Same as the Tom my daughter killed in Oklahoma a few years ago.

    WY mule deer driveway attack

I wouldn't have found it funny had it been me or my family, especially since it doesn't look to be provoked like the idiots at Yellowstone.

    Oklahoma buck down

Honestly it wasn't that hard to stay put. I knew it was 100% a fatal shot and if I handled it right I felt I would recovery the deer. We had a cold front and it was 37° that morning so the deer shouldn't spoil. I for sure know what you mean but that feeling of waiting so long wasn't nearly as...

    Oklahoma buck down

Feel blessed to have taken this buck. I have never killed a decent buck in October until this year. I have several trail cam pics of this deer. After reaching my goal of killing a black bear with traditional archery just 18 days earlier I really wanted to get this buck with trad bow as well but...
