    Beware the Portland Pizza

So glad you didn't bleed out during your unconscious time. Be grateful for a good hotel staff to get you immediate help. Hopeful for a complete recovery in the coming months.

Well, it's not good. Not religious but prayers are welcomed.

Prayers for a speedy recovery after this ordeal. Hopefully you will be able to get some rest tonight.

Looking for HTers living in/near Lincoln County, WY

Thanks for the heads up about food choices, I guess we will load up in SLC after flying in for our excursion. I had higher hopes given the captive audience in the area having a better food selection. Some of the local motels look decent, now to book a few nights and see how things go in July.

Looking for HTers living in/near Lincoln County, WY

As the title says, I am looking for fellow HTers to have an offline discussion concerning Lincoln County, WY. Specifically between Big Piney and La Barge. I am looking for good restaurants, motels, hotels, and other insight into the area. My wife and I are planning a visit in July to look at...

WY General Elk - Who's In?

My wife and I are both going in party app with 4 points each for the general. Hoping the creep holds as the new price structure only affects the "special" draw.

    WY elk app 2023

I would apply for what I think I could possibly draw. IF I don't have enough points to draw what I really want, shoot for the moon and hope you win the random draw.

    Colorado trespass antelope

I have a rancher with "private land only tag" in a unit west of Craig, CO that is always looking for people to help with the antelope "issues" in the area. You know how to reach me brother.

What Is Going On In This Ad?

Absolutely true even here in TN. Gator tail is okay if prepared by a real Cajun.

    Christmas presents for wife

Exactly... It is hard to be disappointed if the "gift" is thought out together. Based on large purchases and hunting trips over the last few years, I think we are both covered for birthdays, anniversaries, and Christmas until at least 2030. LOL

    Christmas presents for wife

My wife and I have had a "deal" since our first Christmas together... No buying surprise gifts. They suck or are just not appropriate for the holiday. This after I was given a "baby/backside" children's thermometer and a complete set of air tools to work on our hobby car. I didn't own an air...

    2023 Wyoming Elk

We will be jumping in with our points this year to get out of WY for Elk. Next year will be pronghorn. Last year we burned the MT Elk points. Colorado is the last vestige of goodness in the west. (Never thought I would say that)

    Bourbon Connoisseurs

Its all "local stuff". Handcrafted, home brewed using only artesian Smoky mountain spring water over the stills. Names like Kingsnake, Smooth Barrel, and some of the stuff that comes in old ceramic milk "jugs" are the best. I tried to give some to other HT'ers while in MT for my elk hunt, but...

    Bourbon Connoisseurs

Interesting thread. Being from Eastern Tennessee, we are all Tennessee Whiskey drinkers. Too many local varieties to share. All smooth and potent.

The "CWD is a HOAX" movement is building

I only wish that Tennessee would buy into this theory.

Well happy friggin election Oregon... :(

Adding Oregon to another state I will never visit as I do not own a firearm that meets their laws. Sorry Oregonians, I will spend my money elsewhere. I just feel bad for all the outdoor industries that call Oregon home. Imagine all the paperwork and inspections they will be forced to go through...
