As a UW grad, I'm embarrassed Wyoming ranchers can't fence their wheat. Instead their representative's make excuses like Montana ranchers, so they need to eliminate the elk. Sad day.
I live in 51, grew up in 391, work in 104, ski in 28 fish in 18, hunt ducks in 95, and take clients to the gentlemen's club in 104. Am I missing anything?
I would comment that statutory pooling actually protects mineral owners in state spacing units that would otherwise be precluded from exploration of their own property by unwilling cotenants within the state's prescribed unit. It protects willing participants from harm, not the other way round.
