Unit 26 is doable. Go onto the G&F Hunt Planner and it tells you exactly what to expect as far as accessible public land. My computer CD-ROM shows quite a few chunks of BLM and one Grasslands in pink that public roads hit and then require a lot of walking. Get on the Converse County website...
It's a 2.5% fee and CCs are the only way to pay online. That fee goes to the CC company and the F&G doesn't make any profit, but will save a couple million dollars a year that they paid out of their budget until this change to the individual.
You can now only buy a PP from 7/1-10/31, as they have discontinued buying a PP during the application period for a license between 1/1-5/31. Too many people thought if you paid for the PP during the license application that it was good for that draw when it's not good until the following year...
Yep! She and those other bimbos (Feinstein and Boxer) from CA need to take a long hike back there and quit trying to ruin the rest of the country like they have CA!!! Does everyone realize that she's second in line for the Presidency after Pence for God's sake!!!
The guy certainly has the right to tell you that you can't cross that 5' if it is his land even though he may be a jackass and it's only 5'. IMHO that's just as bad as the corner crossing issue if you don't know where the corner pin is and cross anyway. That's why I wouldn't do it if there...
That could well be since it's only as accurate as the maps it's taken from. That's really not the fault of ONX in those situations, but why people still need to be cautious using the system in areas where that may cause a problem. As I mentioned, in all my travels I've not run into any place...
If you're talking about post #113, the way his scenario goes even if the guy only has 5' of private property and he walks across that property to get into the BLM he would be trespassing.
Nope, never looked at any railroad tracks on my GPS because there aren't any anywhere even close to where I go. I also didn't say there might not be any errors if you read what I said it uses. In regards to the homestead you mentioned, it's possible there was a land exchange and it hasn't been...
I've used it a lot and never found it to be off more than 10' from corner markers or boundary lines and that's why WY G&F GWs are issued a GPS with the chip for land ownership. They are as accurate as what each township/county has on their records that the ONX system uses.
They will have to be lucky to draw a general tag with their 2 PPs. Last year 2 PPs was only 58.43% draw and the remaining applicants had only a 14% chance in the Random Draw. IMHO a combo deer/antelope is doable if you have 10 hunting days, but if you have 2 bull elk tags I wouldn't even think...
Worst thing I've ever seen was a whitetail doe at Fort Custer, MI back in the 60s when my Dad was GW out there while he was still a Civil servant for 6th Army Corp. He was out on patrol and I was in another jeep on what we called deer patrol because I wasn't old enough to be a GW with full...
He puts one out every year with his picks along with the regular magazine stuff and IMHO probably has enough followers that think his chit don't stink that jump in on those units and have as much or more to do with point creep every year than anything.
