    ND SB 2179

Heck, .22lr is the poacher weapon of choice. Subsonic suppressed sounds about the same as a compound bow. I don’t get why people would want to not use the most effective hunting calibers available. There are so many great choices.

    ND HB 1151

This is what has put me in a "neutral" position. I cannot find an answer yes or no, so I feel as if I should keep my opinion as that. Inconclusive. There is a whole lot of maybes on both sides. I don't like to make decisions based on "maybe".

    ND HB 1151

Brock, I just read through your previous replies and they make sense. I'd love to make a big thought out post, but honestly I'm feeling pretty conflicted right now. I appreciate you going through all the effort to put that all together. This topic gets so one side vs the other and I'm trying...

    ND HB 1151

Brock, you have a good point. When I look at information I am backing my opinion on it seems I am doing the exact same thing I'm frustrated at anti baiting side for. I am disregarding the "mays" and accepting the "may nots". There are no conclusive studies this way or that and that leads both...

    ND HB 1151

Blake, I like your conviction man. Here's my thoughts on ethics. I don't bait, but I used to. Personally I enjoy how I hunt currently more. I'm not going to trash on someone who does bait though, to each their own. I am not talking for everyone, I'm talking for a select group of individuals...

    ND HB 1151

Brock, I'll definitely look into everything you posted. I'm at work, so I'm popping in and out. Like I've said before, I am always willing to learn more and I appreciate you sharing what you have with me.

    ND HB 1151

Hey Buzz. I want to make it clear that I am not using disabled hunters as pawns, I am trying to protect something that we rely on to hunt with our guys and girls. I spend between 30-50 days a year helping people with disabilities hunt. I'm not saying that from a "look at the nice stuff I do"...

    ND HB 1151

Brock, let me also say how glad I am you are willing to have respectful conversations about this. I feel like no one can disagree on anything without resorting to name calling and yelling. You're a good dude and I'm glad you care so much about wildlife and the outdoors that you make sure your...

    ND HB 1151

Sure Brock, and maybe contrarian science isn't the word I should say, more inconclusive science. Every study I have seen says that saliva may lead CWD transmission. Well sure. But then I look at the studies, and the method is injecting 50ml of infected deer saliva directly into the mouth of a...

    ND HB 1151

I respect your position. To us, we are people begging our representatives to make the government hear us. The game and fish is still the government. We don't even want then to change anything necessarily, we just want them to prove us wrong. Government bureaucrats didn't create this, people...

    ND HB 1151

I would love to know who you're talking about. Just so I can check out their stuff. I am just scouring the internet for people talking about this. I want to encourage the people commenting about all the "not real hunters" who "can't hunt without bait" to look at some of the main groups pleading...

    Tell Me About Scheel's

Besides everything everyone has said about gear and goods, the biggest thing you'll notice is that they are a very generous company and reinvest heavily in their communities. I live in Minot, ND and our store is huge in our town.

GRIT - An Adaptive Hunting Film

Hey everyone! Last year I had the opportunity to hunt and film with an adaptive sports group in my town called Prairie Grit Adaptive Sports. After a long winter of going through film and editing, I finally have the film finished. This video is by far the most meaningful and important project...

    Deer - lets see em

This past fall I hunted and filmed with 3 adaptive hunters. We filled all three tags, but for some reason I only have pictures with two of them. It was an experience I'll never forget.

    Deer - lets see em

Here is my first ever mule deer. You don't get many chances to hunt mulies in ND, so I was more than happy to wrap my tag on this guy.

    Deer - lets see em

Found this old picture of my grandpa from 1965. Talking to the old men around his home town, they said people drove in just to check out the big buck. Apparently bucks like that weren't very common in north central ND back then.

    Removable antlers

My uncle in ND is just finishing up a moose shoulder mount with detachable antlers. He said it is a pain in the butt, but boy is it convenient.

    Going Solo In 2021

Birds had a great winter spring in north central ND. Best of luck! I saw more sharpies around last year than the last 10 seasons combined.

    Medora Fire

What a crazy fire. The brightside is all those acres should be healthier in the coming seasons.

    Season 9

I think it's because it says Randall Newberg... "Hey folks, RRAAANNNDDDAAALLL Newberg here" just doesn't have the same ring to it! All joking aside. I hope they get it straightened out for you Randy.
