What's on the smoker today?
Did a 16lb full packer brisket on the Traeger for Father's day yesterday. 18 hours door to door. Started Saturday 1bout 6pm for Sunday dinner with the whole family. Just getting started After 18 Sliced and ready to eat- thatsjet

I might be about to ruin the unit I drew for deer but DAMN! Tips for brisket on a smoker
Ditto the wireless thermometer setups. Low and slow is the way to go. I use a Traeger and start out with just smoke setting for 2-3 hours, then up to 225 for 4-6 hours, then wrap in tinfoil with a little apple juice in the bottom and temps up to 250-275 for 4-6 hours until the meat is up to temp...- thatsjet

FIXED! Apparently there is a "secret spot" mode that zeros out all your lat/long. I must have accidentally enabled. Oh well... I know now!- thatsjet
