I listened to it on a road trip yesterday with my daughter, and thought yes, it was sad, but not nearly as bad as some posts on this thread made it sound. Drawing New Mexico just got harder, Even if only by a little.
The statute contradicts itself, as noted above, unless you read it as an algorithm: compute the required %'s for R, NR, G, and THEN round without recomputing %'s. That's how it had been interpreted until this draw. Completely open to interpretation though... -
