I have scouted 211, 210 and 216 this summer. After what I have seen I am moving on to scout further south into region 3. Send me a PM. I will most likely be in 332 or 319 Labor Day weekend. A tad early this year?
My trail cams in backcountry of Washington state have shown bulls starting to shed velvet anytime between August 5th and 15th the past three years so I would say it is about normal.- mukbowhunt
