Thank you. I didn’t know that. So if a nonresident draws the big game combo they can return only the deer tag? What % of returned big game combos is that? I know the big game combo alternate list only cleans out only about 800 - 900 per year.- mukbowhunt

A big game combo is 17k elk tags and 17k deer tags. If only elk was open in November it would be 17k elk hunters. Not 34k.- mukbowhunt

How about putting in writing a limit on how far you can shoot? Maybe 400 yards maximum? Sure it would be hard to enforce but it speaks to Randy’s social norm. 80% would follow.- mukbowhunt

I don’t blame Wyoming for wanting to match what they see around them (90/10) but I really hope they don’t split the 10% further with the outfitter pool.
