My thoughts, hold your current Tundra for another year while you continue to shop. If the choices are Nissan or another Tundra, go Tundra, and I'd lean Gen3, but a late Gen2 with a 5.7L will always be desirable and hold value.....outside of the gas station.

Right, as noted earlier, pts with cancer diagnosis told they're months out. Pt with sudden shortness of breath, fatigue told insurance won't cover diagnostics/angio etc so we sent her to the ER. Bill could have been $10-15k, instead it was north of $100k when the stent was put in.
Love Kaiser, they won't test for anything, and won't get you to a specialist until after you've worked through all the levels of fee for service. We've had two patients with a positive cancer diagnosis and they won't see the patients for months.
