South Dakota Pheasant hunt
There is a harvest map in the SD game and fish app. It’s from 2019, on my phone at least. Sorry I can’t be more help, I’m from SD and have never hunted pheasants. I was typing while boomer was, I’m almost certain he’ll know more about the birds than I do, I’d still give the harvest map a once over.- ZBB

How, the draw odds have it at 22% with 0 points and 41% in the random? Those numbers are for the regular not special. If it makes you feel any better I had an elk tag up there in 2020, couple scouting trips in the summer and 2 hunting trips I saw one 4 point and a handful of 3 points. I’m sure...- ZBB

I guess I’m misunderstanding what you’re asking then. The quota is 5k, 3746 drew the bull tag in the primary draw. The quota for the cow tag is 2500 all 2500 we’re drawn according the the recap report. I’m guess for the cow tags those are tags that didn’t get paid for or turned back in and the... -

Wyoming Elk Unit 1
If you end up in the south part of the unit a case of beer is cheaper at trailshead, which is just inside the South Dakota border than it is at buckhorn. Good luck, that should be a really fun hunt!
