F150 longevity
My 2002 5.4 V8 4X4 is still kicking along, though I don't put a lot of miles on it. I think it's currently at 155,000 miles and the biggest expense I've had was to replace the cruise control last year. It has been on some pretty sketchy roads at times, but like most 4X4's, mostly highway...- lonedave

Scope Recommendations For T/C New Englander
You might think about a red dot rather than scope. For 100 yards or less, it might actually be better. I have a Sig Romeo 5 on a Ruger 10/22 takedown that works really well. Food for thought.- lonedave

Mtn Goat Meat Yield?
The first (and largest) goat I ever killed here in Washington was in 1972. My Dad and I hauled out four bone-in quarters and the hide and head.
